How long does shipping take?
Depending on the shipping location, shipping is generally 2-5 business days.
Can I pick up my order
Yes we can organise for you to pick up your order in either 3012 or 3037, please contact us on 0499 024 452 to confirm and organise before placing your order.
Can I add a card to my order?
Yes, of course and this is included in the price of your hamper. On checkout there will be an spot for you to write up your special message. We will hand write your message on a gift card for you.
When will my order be shipped?
We will pack your hamper as soon as possible within 1-2 days, Our couriers do not pick up parcels on weekends, so if you order on a Friday, it will go out on the Monday, we will make sure of it. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as it has been packed and booked with a courier.
Can I create a custom gift hamper?
Yes most definitely, we are more than happy to create your own personalised hamper wherever possible. Give us a call on 0499 024 452 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you need.
Can I request express shipping?
You most definitely can, please contact us on 0499 024 452 before placing your order to confirm that we can meet your expectations.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not, our shipping is Australia wide only.
Will Hampers with alcohol be left unattended?
Hampers containing Alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age to sign for the product. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left if the destination is unattended and will be transported to the nearest courier depot.
Do you make corporate gift hampers?

What if my gift recipient is not home for the delivery?
The parcel will either be left in a safe place if deemed safe or taken to the nearest courier depot for collection.
Can I chose my delivery date?
It can be difficult to give an accurate delivery date as delays can happen, especially around major celebrations throughout the year. However, we can definitely work with you, give us a call on 0499 024 452 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
Can I change my order?
As long as your order is not packed and booked with the courier, you must give us a call directly on 0499 024 452 and we will try our very best to change your order.
An item in my hamper was damaged what now?
We take all the great care possible when packaging our gift hampers to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
However, accidents can occur through transit.
If an item in your package is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you receive the damaged goods and send us photos.
Replacement of out of stock items
If this is the case and it can happen, so we get your hamper out as quick as possible, we will replace any out of stock items with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Returns and exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on our gift hampers due to them being food based.
What if my recipient does not receive their hamper?
We follow all deliveries very closely and provide you with tracking information also, however, if for any reason your recipient has not received their hamper within 7 business days of the order being placed, please contact us directly on 0499 024 452 so we can resolve the issue immediately.
